Mediation
Individual Intake Appointment
$330 plus GST per person
Includes confidential appointment, up to two invitations to the other party and issuing of section 60I certificate if appropriate
Half Day Mediation
$850 plus GST per person
3 Hour Mediation
Suitable for simple parenting matters with less than five topics or simple financial matters
Half Day Shuttle Mediation
$1,180 plus GST per person
4 Hour Mediation - where shuttle mediation is assessed as the most appropriate process
Full Day Mediation
$1,500 plus GST per person
7 Hour Mediation - required for complex cases, combined parenting and property cases, cases with more than five topics for discussion, legally assisted mediation and cases already before the Court
Child Consultation
Individual Parent Intake
$330 plus GST per parent
Confidential appointment by phone or zoom
Meeting with One Child
$350 plus GST per parent
1.5 hour meeting with one child
Meeting with Siblings
$150 plus GST per parent per additional child
1.5 hour meeting with each additional child in person or online (if appropriate)
Feedback Session
$330 plus GST per parent
Up to 1.5 hours feedback provided to parents and mediator
